The modern office building on Bajkalska Street in Bratislava's Ružinov district consists of two 10-storey towers connected by a parking house. The aim of the project design was to build a client-oriented space, focused on the comfort and needs of tenants. If we were to describe the Rosum project in one simple phrase, we would say "for the people". On top of the parking house Rosum offers a green community terrace that serves as a place to relax and also provides a unique space for our tenants' corporate events.

The owner of the ROSUM building is ECE European City Estates, a private investment group from Austria. The company was founded in 1996 and today is a major part of the Family Office of the Humer Private Foundation.
