The community in Rosum is important to us
We believe that, among other things, the identity of the building is also formed by our tenants and therefore we place a high emphasis on creating an informal environment with a friendly atmosphere. We are committed to making tenants and visitors to the building feel comfortable and always welcome. We encourage regular events not only initiated by the building, but also by our tenants and their employees.
Regular exercises led by certified trainers that focus on strengthening the core muscles of the body and are important for improving stability, balance and posture are very popular among employees. Exercises are organised both on the premises and on the green terrace.
By organising community events in the building, we aim at bringing our tenants together and encouraging networking. Every year we organise themed days, charity events or cultural and artistic events. We support non-profit organizations, as well as local vendors, artists and artisans, by providing them common space on Rosum free of charge.
At Rosum, we support the well-being and health of our employees by organising mobile blood collection, as well as regular Health Day events. Under the guidance of experts and doctors, we offer various diagnostics and measurements, health consultations from doctors, nutritionists, physiotherapists and other specialists.
Green terrace
The community terrace, located between the two towers of the building, offers great views and is a popular place to relax. In the summer months, tenants use it for informal gatherings during the working day. It is also the venue for various events and the perfect place for corporate functions.
Are you a lover of selected coffee, homemade lemonades and fresh baked goods ? In the business café Volavka you will be greeted with a smile by friendly staff and they will prepare coffee of outstanding quality. The interior of the café offers a cosy and discreet space for your meetings and corporate events.
Our electric scooters are available for tenants and provide a fast and efficient transfer within Ružinov or the surrounding area. They are safe and easy to operate.
Rosum is not just about the quality and representative spaces we provide to our tenants, but more importantly about the people who are part of it. Representatives from the building owner and building management are available on-site to personally address tenant requests and needs. It is important to us that every tenant receives the support they require
